El Raton Media Works offers Raton students free after-school STEM program made possible by grants from the Encantado Foundation and the NMSU STEM Innovation Network.

Foundations of Technology with Robotics + AI modules

    Starting in January through May 2026

    Students will use the Foundations of Engineering, Technology, and Robotics curriculum, enhanced with robotics builds that connect to real-world creative applications. AI modules (computer vision, motion tracking) introduce students to emerging technologies used in modern studios and advanced manufacturing. Robotics + AI runs one day a week from January through May at the Intermediate School for 5th and 6th graders, and one day a week at the High School for grades 7-12.
